In terms of health, pears are very high in fiber. They will help you stay feeling fuller for longer.
You will get more health benefits. You blend the pear with the skin on. It also saves you a bit of prep time. Pineapple is rich in vitamins and can help with weight loss.
Where do we start with ginger! It can help with nausea, loss of appetite, pain, and inflammation. Not everyone keeps fresh ginger, especially if you aren’t likely to use it. Two options: 1) chop it into small cubes and keep it in the freezer.
Take out pieces when you need them. 2) You can buy powdered ginger. You might find that keeping it in the house will encourage you to use it.
